穩定性噪音消除方法：

1. effects/ amplitude and compression / amplify/fade(process) /center wave 。
2. 雙聲道需做音量平衡或改為單聲道
3. effects / amplitude and compression / normalize
4. effects / restoration / noise reduction / capture profile ==> select entire file ==> OK
